Ballantine's is a range of blended Scotch whiskies produced by Pernod Ricard in Dumbarton, Scotland. The Ballantine's flavour is dependent on 50 single malts, four single grains and in particular the fingerprint malts from Miltonduff and Glenburgie. The brand has won many accolades and awards for its products. The world's second highest selling Scotch whisky.
Taste: Delicate, rich, full-bodied, balanced, with vanilla sweetness, chocolate notes, pear shades, apple freshness. The finish is long, soft, warm, pleasant, with floral intonations.
Aroma: Delicate, light, elegant, with sweet honey intonations and spicy notes of spices, caramel tones, apple fresh nuances and floral echoes.
Gastronomic compatibility: It is beautiful both in its pure form and serves as an excellent base for cocktails.
